Healthcare organizations are making critical decisions about where and how to invest their capital amid economic uncertainty, staffing challenges, aging infrastructure, and increasing demands on their facilities.

From evolving care delivery models and emerging technologies to workforce pressures and growing patient expectations, healthcare leaders must continually adapt to meet the needs of the communities they serve. As providers seek to improve access, efficiency, and outcomes, the built environment plays an increasingly important role in supporting the future of care.

Join a panel of healthcare leaders for a candid discussion on the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping today's healthcare landscape. Panelists will share insights on capital investment priorities, organizational decision-making, innovation, and the factors influencing how healthcare facilities are planned, delivered, and operated. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on what healthcare clients need from their AEC partners, how they evaluate potential teams, and where they see the industry heading next.
